The UTvis 4000 system is a powerful ultrasound thermography inspection system for non-destructive detection of material defects such as cracks, delaminations or bonding faults. With an excitation power of up to 4 kW and a frequency range of 15–25 kHz, it enables precise activation of defects through ultrasonic excitation. The combination of digital ultrasonic generator, piezoceramic transducer and high-sensitivity infrared camera ensures reliable defect detection with minimal mechanical load on the test object.
