The LTvis FL module from edevis is a powerful solution for non-destructive testing using laser-excited thermography. By delivering targeted, contact-free heat via a fiber laser, the system enables highly precise inspection of materials and components. Energy can be applied either pulsed or periodically, making the system suitable for both fast inspections and more complex evaluation tasks. With integrated Fourier analysis, the method is extremely robust against environmental influences such as vibrations or temperature changes. The LTvis FL module is available in four power levels (50 W, 100 W, 200 W, 300 W) and can be easily integrated into existing systems. It is fully compatible with all other edevis excitation units and software modules.
